Bacardi is one of the premier manufacturers of spirits in the world, but they were having Operational issues after implementing SAP, so we assisted with the following projects;

  1. Implement KPIs – to identify opportunities for improvement
  2. Improve inventory turnover-We reviewed configurations and corrected reorder points and safety stock levels.
  3. Improved order fill rate-Some of the issues included correcting inventory levels and scheduling issues.
  4. Improved forecasting accuracy-corrected issues with data uploads, configurations and inadequate review process.
  5. Converted OTC deliveries to Rail
  6. Converted Washington state to open distribution due to legislative changes
  7. Improved the S&OP process
  8. Implemented Tableau for logistics KPIs with Ryder
